Guidance

Residents, families and friends of the Parish are all welcome to enter – it’s free for all.

Only one Entry Form per person.  You can  click here  for a download.          You may only place one entry in any class. No late entries after 10.30.

Children and grandchildren are encouraged to enter any class (except Alcoholic Drink). Age-appropriate help may be given and judges will be made aware of entries made by under 16s. Extra age categories will be added to a class if there are sufficient entries.

The Show Standards  provide essential information for entrants and form the basis of the judging criteria. The judges will be looking primarily for quality and consistency but will also take into account creativity, ingenuity and effort. The judge’s decision is final and no protest entertained.

The Committee will supply paper the following at the entrance, free of charge

• plates at the entry (for most classes).

• photographic mounts for the 5” x 7” 

• entry forms 

Please remove your entries from display between 4pm and 5pm (or ask a friend to do so). This will facilitate the tear down of the show. WPHPS shall not be responsible for loss or damage to exhibits or accessories.
